The African Music and Dance Foundation (AFRIMUDA) Guest Students Cultural Exchange Program(GSP). This international collaboration will include up to one month of study with our friends from the global community. The guest students program offers opportunity to students and lovers of African music and dance to acquire or upgrade their artistic skills in African rhythms and movements.

 

We have designed courses to suit almost every level for beginners, intermediary, and advance. The program will include 2-4 weeks with carefully selected dance types strategically designed for the most beneficial dance experience. The dance types include Tokpei, Kpatsa, Obolo, 

Bima, Kukuga, Dambawa, Gahu, Oyeeye, Lelale, Bawa, 

Buruburu, Kongorga, and more!

 

The GSP program includes daily dance classes, two meals a day of our local cuisine, lodging accommodations, airport transfers, and local transportation to and from the training facilities. As an added bonus to GSP participants, we have included several tour excursions to get to know the beauty of Ghana with visits to select cultural sites such as the Cape Coast Castle, Kakum National Park, the Kotokaruba Market, the Kukyekukyeku Bamboo Orchestra to name a few. In this post Covid-19 environment, we are also conscious of the need to remain safe and have in place accommodations and health protocols to ensure sanitation and safety for all participants of the program.
